A wallet card with the portal's URL, instructions on how to log in, and directions to specific portal resources. Your therapist can mark items that will best facilitate your growth in therapy and you can bring the wallet card to each session to track your assignments.
There also is an interactive multimedia stress workshop to help you learn relaxation exercises and wallet cards to help you adopt new behaviors. A free 1-800 number is available which allows you to call and listen to brief tutorials on a wide range of health and wellness topics, as well as hundreds of self-help articles and an online health encyclopedia.
To help you achieve greater recovery in therapy than ever before, we also use a process called ‘feedback improved therapy’. Simply by measuring how you are doing before each session begins and by providing me with feedback on how the session was for you, I will be able to improve my effectiveness as your therapist and increase the value you receive from our time together.
